ghost peak

Hi All,
I am using GC Autosystem XL with FID for analysing mineral oils.
One day, flame switched off and the machine was injecting five or six samples into the column and from that time we have trouble with one ghost peak. I had changed the syringe, septum, liner with wool, o-ring (several times), precolumn and column for new one but the peak is still there! I had cleaned the space around liner with acetone, but the peak is still there.
If I am changing (increasing) the split - the peak is smaller. So, trouble should be somewhere in the injection port.

The machine measure around 3000 samples per year and I have to say that till now, we haven't had this trouble.
Idea where could be my trouble?

Thanks a lot,

Eva
