Ok so I got two vials switched on the autosampler and discovered this after the run. In MSDChemstation this is an easy fix by just using File/Edit File Info and change the name and it saves it into the data file. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to do this in MassHunter?

I have been looking, and have contacted the Agilent service rep, but wondering if anyone else out there has encountered this. Rerunning the batch is not an option since it was in the middle of a 48 hour long run. The only way I have found is to manually open the html files that contain the file information and search and replace the file names but that is way to complicated for something that should be easy. I can find a way to display the information in Mass Hunter easy enough, but no way to edit it.

Anyone have any ideas on this?
