Hi All,
Can anyone tell me if you purchase a FPD with S and P modes do you have to manually change anything over when you change from S to P or P to S?
Can you run unattended in different modes in the same sequence?
Have a good weekend.

The filters respectively for Sulphur and Phosporus are different so if your are interested in specificity you need either to swap the filters or get a dual photomultplier FPD that can be set up to run both.

Thanks for the answer CE,
Does quenching occur with the FPD in P mode?
(I have heard that it occurs with FPD in S mode with fuel hydrocarbons)
Can anyone give a practical example of this quenching?
Thanks for any advice
