Hi guys,

Is there anybody who have experience with SiliCycle HPLC columns (http://www.silicycle.com/eu/products/si ... lc-columns)? If yes, please share your observations on their quality - selectivity and ruggedness ... Thank you very much in advance!

Despite SiliCycle probably is not a very popular brand for HPLC columns in Europe I thought there are many colleagues from US in the forum ... Really no one has worked with these columns ... or with some other products of SiliCycle?

Hi Alexander,

I can not speak for SC HPLC columns, but the silica based SPE materials are some of the best I ever used.
The C18 and NH2 ( and I think the others also) are spherical materials in an irregular SPE world.

Maybe this info will help you although its off topic.

Best regards

Stephan
