ChemStation B.03.02 doesn't show chromatograms offline

The topic title pretty much sums up the problem we are facing with ChemStation in our lab currently. A few days ago, one of my labmate could still open her files offline but today when I opened mine, it did not work. In the area where the chromatograms/MS signals normally show up, it was blank. It is worth mentioning that the signals do show in the report and the files can still be opened online. I just don't know what is wrong with the software. Has anyone ever encountered this issue using ChemStation? Would you please give me some advice on how to get this fixed?

Close both online and offline sessions, browse to C:\Chem32\1 (for instrument 1) and delete conf_off.reg. This file contains the configuration of the offline session. Restart the offline session and select View > Full Menu. Load your data file and let us know the result.

I followed your suggestion and it actually worked. Not sure how the problem started but now the problem is fixed and we can use the offline again like before. Thanks again!

I have a problem with my Agilent 5973MSD-6890GC offline analysis, ChemStation D.00.00: I can see the chromatogram acquired on the online, but once I tried to opein it offline, the chromatogram trace is not complete. when I zoom in, there are some more pieces of the the chromatogram appear, but not the whole trace. What is the problem? Have you seen this before?
