Dual injections with enhanced chemstation G1701BA

I have a HP 6890 Series GC set up with MS and FID. When I control the instrument from the instrument panel, I am able to have dual injections and run both columns at the same time. However, when I try to run the instrument through chemstation (G1701BA), it will not let me run both columns simultaneously.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions?

Thanks!
is your sequence configured correctly to run simultaneous injections? its a little tricky but the help documentation explains how to properly set it.

if i remember correctly you need to invoke the unlinked keyword in the first line, and alternate lines for each injection (front and back) to specify file names. check out the documentation for details.
Yes, there are various combinations of keywords in the sequence - unfortunately this has varied over the MSD chemstations. Look for help on stagger, unlinked, and makesec keywords in the help.
