Hi ,

Ezchrom again.
Anybody know how to summarise deg/rel subs data using intelligent report.
% area or % w/w calculated using software and now need to mean result

Simple Example
---------Sample 1 %w/w-------Sample 2%w/w----Mean---- Reported Result

RRT 0.50-----0.24-------------------0.26--------0.3---------<0.5
RRT 0.75-----0.15-------------------0.18--------0.2---------<0.5
RRT 1.50-----0.03-------------------0.02--------0.0---------<LOQ

Then to have Total impurities summarised = 0.5 for example

I have summaries for main peaks but struggling to find an easy way of doing this
I know it may have something to do with matrix option table and summary calc but without filtering using name of peak I am stumped!..and obviously this is noy suitable when dealing with rel subs

Also , anybody know of any training courses that may be available fo rthis software

Much appreciated

Hi

Still no takers on this

Surely it must be possible to summarise deg peaks as I have detailed using this software

Also still struggling to find any formal training sessions for Ezchrom openlab !

Hi, did they provide you with the elearning DVD. If not tell them to do so.
Are you trying to summarise known components? That should be fairly easy. Works as named components. But if you want to extract specific components then yes you need to filter for these.
