I have separated L-Cysteine and L-Cystine with a Primesep A column (ACN/H2O/HCOH 30/70/0.1). I am sure that this column can also separate ACC from those.

Thanks for the information, I would like to know if the impurities can be retained in the above said column ???

If yes what are the RT's ???

The problem is that in the product the placebo interfears with the impurities so want to retain them in the column.

So that the interference from the Placebo can be reduced.....

If I understood you correctly, Cysteine and Cystine are the impurities, ACC is the compound of interest. So the impurities can be retained (4 min and 12 min, respectively), ACC I don't know, you will have to try out. I can't tell about other impurities.
