We had change the Electron multiplier on Thermo MSQ (Finnigan™ Surveyor® MSQ™ Plus, HPLC) and we have problems now.
We can see any masses when would we run basic function test (acetonitrile/water=50/50). We cannot see the right masses for monomer or dimer of acetonitrile.
Have someone ideas what is the problem?
Could you, please, post the part number and manufacturer of the multiplier? Thank you.
DeTech Model #: 2312M
