Any advices how to determine these residual solvents by liquid/headspace injection?

My molecule has large molecular weight and probably will not elute from column in liquid injection mode.

Is headspace method suitable for DMSO determination?

Thank you in advance

what is the solubility of your sample?

Sample soluble in methanol and partially soluble in water

I assume it also disolves in dimethylacetamide. If so, then use it as dissolving solvent and use the European pharmacopiea method....

In EP method the incubation temerature is 80 C.
Boling point of DMSO is about 190 C.
How it will affect the method sensitivity?

DMSO is class 3 solvent whose limit is 0.5%w/w. So it should be ok. Otherwise can increase the incubation temperature.
