looking for help with Chemstation Macro programming

We are looking at LIMS software and are having some problems with CSV file creation on our GC & GC/MS instruments.
1. We receive an error when trying to generate the CSV file after the results are quantified.
2. We need the Headers on four machines to be identical. Right now the Sample Identification locations are in a different cells
3. Quant.csv is generated after each sample run. After the results are quantified, the new Quant.csv file overwrites the original Quant.csv.
One of these files must have a different unique file name.
4. One instrument does not generate a csv file after each run.
I am the IT person, with very little knowledge about Chemstation or GC's other than making general repairs, so ideally I am looking for someone to come in to our Carteret, NJ facility, fix the problem and provide future support for our instruments
