I am trying to determine furosine content in Distillres dried grains. I need a benchtop training with this machine.
I am trying to use the same acquisition method in the machine which has been validated before with the previous analyst.
I am running furosine standards in 3 replicates.
1- How I can find the area under the peaks, then I can make the standard curve manually to find the Equation.
The software which I am using with this machine is Analyst.
