Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help on how to set up a Varian saturn SIS method. I have been working with HP instruments but this Varian software makes things look very difficult. The idea is to simply monitor 8 single ions, but there seem to be quite a lot of parameters that need to be filled in which I am not familiar with. For example ionisation storage level, ejection amplitude low and high edge offset, isolation time etc.
I tried to the help funcion but I thinK I need somebody to give me real examples in order to understand.
