Agilent 7890A Fid EPC

I have 5 Fid EPC modules for 7890A GC. The modules have a one item problem this is the Air controller. I had an instance where our the water knockout module stopped working on our Air Compressor, letting water into our Air header. This made it's way to the GC's and knocked out the Air module on the Fid EPC. My question is there someone or a company who can repair these modules. New EPC modules are approx. $2000 and I hate to just throw these away if the only component out it the air controller. The Hydrogen and Makeup modules are perfect and working on these EPC's. Any help with this will be appreciated.

Few years ago, I had a problem when my H2 generator throw out water to FID . The service guy has disconnected EPC and put it in another GC oven for few ours then reinstalled and connected N2 to EPC and leave it overnight to dry. The next day he only done the recalibration with H2 flow. This EPC is still working.

Thank you kindly for the reply. I was able to replace flow sensor G3430-80007, this did the trick!
Found them on Ebay for $19 each, bought extras.
