Hello,

we have a reproducibility problem.

Despite of a new syringe, several method variations, leak verifications (flow lost somewhere?)
etc. we have 3 to 5 % error in our measurements taking a pure substance.

Can anyone help?

I even can't find any complete troubleshooting guide for this.

Thanks
