There is a range of used GCs on eBay. BTW - are you a freelancer ?

Whilst e-bay can prove a rich source of cheap GCs as can the commercial auction sites like Dovebid. Can you get one up and running ? Fix it if it does not work ? There are also loads of re-sellers who provide varying levels of support etc. to back up a second hand GC pourchase. End user country might have been useful too

Not to sound cheeky or anything, but this is sort of like asking me to bring you a rock.... It would be very useful to know what equipment the GC needs or, if you don't know that, what types of samples you are trying to analyze. Liquid samples, gas samples, hydrocarbons, fixed gases, sulfur compounds, all change the nature of the instrument setup. In addition, as noted by CE Instruments, end user country would also be very helpful since you spend less on shipping and get in-country support.
