Dear All,
Could you give any contact address or site address of help line of British Pharmacopoeia where we can ask question about Monograph and general chapter of British Pharmacopoeia. This type of service is given by US Pharmacopoeia and EP.

I haven't found much help or guidance when I've contacted USP. Typically the response is just "see the monograph or chapter", so really sad.

I haven't been able to get guidance or answer to simple questions. Like in the Volumetric Solutions chapter, for NaOH or KOH, states "standardize frequently". Is that every 10 minutes, 10 hours, 10 weeks? In Singleton? Duplicate? Triplicate? Is there a guideline on how close repeatability should be?
