FTIR online spectral library????

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a good FTIR spectral library that is online. I'm hoping to find something that can do a charge per search or something like that since my lab cannot justify purchasing a library.

I thought I found the perfect one in ftirsearch.com but it turns out that nobody responds to emails or phone calls at this company.
