My GC-MS system having minute air leak now i want to check where exactly that leak from. Please give some Suggestions.

I would not recommend air. If your leak is massive you can burn filament in a minute.Try canned aiir, there is a label saying what's in it, scan for it's major ion when spraying.
If the air/water is <20% Agilent says you're good to go.
"Canned air" is not air, it is one or other freon. Even if it was air it could not be worse for the filament than the atmosphere that is all around. And the OP already said that the leak is minute.Hello
