We are runing new agilent 1260 systems on Empower 3 with SR1. We have the correct drivers installed and were able to successfully set the systems up and view the control panel on run samples. However if we were to reboot the client they are connected to we lose the control panel and the only way to fix it is to delete the systems and reinstate them from the start.
We are still able to ping the IP's on the client and in the node properties when we scan instruments it says yes but doesnt contain the information in the details column.
What i think it may be related to is the fact that in configure dhcp we get no addresses up so we add them manually with the mac address. Any light anyone could shed on this i would really appreciate, Thank you
