Hi all,

I have field samples that contain high quanity of salt and for some reasons that I can't desalt before going to HPLC column. I was wondering whether salt will ruin the column (I'm using RP, ~99% water and hold for 5 min), or salt would simple be washed away at the be beginning of the run....

Much appreciate your help!!

It should wash through unretained.
