Hello
Short spray at the suspect points (inlet, column connection, transfer line) could do the trick. You can use Argon (ion 40) or tetrafluoroethane (69, 83)

Try canned aiir, there is a label saying what's in it, scan for it's major ion when spraying.
If the air/water is <20% Agilent says you're good to go.

I would not recommend air. If your leak is massive you can burn filament in a minute.

"Canned air" is not air, it is one or other freon. Even if it was air it could not be worse for the filament than the atmosphere that is all around. And the OP already said that the leak is minute.

Might be a silly question, but have you already changed or re-installed your septum?

Hi Mr.BMU_VMW,
I already changed septum, liner, liner O ring. actually as per agilent they recommended air level <10% & water level <20%.But my instrument showing air level nearly 11%.I think this may be due to some minute leak. I am having small doubt this may affect the analysis result. Thats why i want to arrest the leak.
