What is the acceptable difference between my standard and sample concentration on my Assay Test. Let Say, my sample concentration is 0.12mg/ml and my standard is 0.15mg/ml. Is it still okay?

In my opinion it should be the same concentration I sample and standard.
Otherwise you need to do a calibration curve every time.

Hello
In typical QC assay run standard should have "the same" (in reality - very close to) concentration as your sample. It is simplification but in fact it is calibration curve with two points (0 and Conc. of std)
So it depends on your limits for assay...very common limit is 98.5-101.5%
