TCPublisher - no image

I am new to using TCPublisher. It looks to be a great program, if I can figure it out.

I am looking at one of their supplied reports. I uploaded my .idx to see the files within it along with the data file folder, but where the image should be of the chromatogram is a box telling me that the image was not found.

The folder containing the data only has the raw and rst files. How do I automatically get an image file that TCPublisher can use?

It has been a few years since I have used this program so my memory is fading. I know that when we batched the run we batched all the way through to "End Analysis...Replot Generation". I think TotalChrom doesn't make a chromatogram file unless you go that far. We also set up a null printer to print to so TC had a printer that didn't actually print the batch! So I think you need to both replot (to generate the chromatogram that will be used in Publisher) and print. My IT guys set up a null printer for me as I'm not sure how to do that but Google search of the topic may help you with setting up one.

If you can't set up a null printer just try batching and have TC print to your normal printer (kill some trees) and then go into Publisher and load your .idx and now see if you get your chromatograms.

Also you will notice TC Publisher run slower then before as it takes more time for it to process the meta file pics of the chromatograms.

Thanks for the suggestion. I knew there was something I was missing. I will try it out and see if that helps me.
