GC 5890 can't power on

GC doesn't turn on. It looks like no power.
Anybody has idea what's wrong? Thanks.

I would start with checking power socket, power cord, GC fuses. Then power supply block - but this is rather for service engineer, who has circuit diagram with reference voltages in check points.
