chromatograms from the E.02.02.1431 MSD Chemstation?

Please can some one help me with information on how I get my chromatograms in soft copies from the E.02.02.1431 chemstation? I am used to the Rev.A.10.02[1757] where u can specify file type in your method, unfortunately this is not on the E.02.02.1431.
Any information that might help will be greatly appreciated.
