Hello,

I have a Micro GC and I use massLynx and Im having an error message when the instrument finishes and injection, he displays the message:

"the file ACQUDB/zerovoltage.ipr could not be created. Check the path is valid"

I've checked and the file exists and it's fine, I've tried deleting all the files in the folder and replacing all of them for new fles and it works for a few injections then the message appears and the system pauses. I've created a new project and it doesnt work.

Does anybody know what to do?

thanks
Hi Diana23,

MassLynx is trying to create this file; it's possible file permissions have become corrupted. You could try to create a new project based on default.pro (from the main MassLynx directory), copy over the method files you need and try again. The template should have the file paths correctly. If you have MassLynx security enabled this may also cause a problem. Feel free to send me a message if you are still having problems.
Hi!

I already tried that and it worked for a few days... then I got the message
