I have a HPLC, 2 prostar 210 + autosampler 410+ DAD335+ CVM500. One of the prostar 210 doesn't work it means I hear the normal voice of working but there is no solvent going out from that module. Can somebody help me or send me the manual of the Prostar 210?
thank you

Here is the manual for the 218, which is exactly the same as the 210 but uses a stronger motor...

If no solvent is coming from the pump, could be several issues. Could be an air-bubble in the check-valve, in which case you need to prime the pump again. Otherwise, without any more information, you might need to change the seal, check-valves, or piston.

Had this error too.
The drive belt is broken.Take the top cover out, check the belt, replace if broken and lubricate the piston and the cam.

Hi, I agree with previous posts that it could be a number of issues. The simplest, which I've seen many times with ours, is the unit can be difficult to prime if there's an airlock. My trick is to remove the outlet check valve and let gravity flush some mobile phase through the pump head.
