Convert Bruker TQ .xms (GCMS/MS data) to ThermoFinnigan .raw

I'm a user of Bruker SCION TQ GC-MS/MS.
For furthur data processing with our own report program, I want to convert Bruker TQ .xms (GCMS/MS data) to ThermoFinnigan .raw (retain the MS/MS data, seperated files for the parent ions are acceptable).
BTW： .xms data were aquired by MS workstation 8.0
So could you send me a converter, the codes or the relative data format documents?
