Hello to all, im using an HPLC method with β-cyclodextrin in mobile phase. Im washing the column with water:ACN 80 :20 to remove this detergent from the column but the pressure in my column didnt fall at the starting level.Anyone know any other way to get rid off β-cyclodextrin from my column?
Thnx in advance
Try reverse-flushing the column.
