TotalChrom calibration error

I am brand new to the TotalChrom computer system and have a method that is already setup. I ran a set of standards last night on a headspace GC. The standards are set up to run two times wit the first standard does a Replace and the second standard of the same concentration does an Average. The calibration curve has three points. The calibration sequence is set as
1 Blank
2 0.1 standard Replace
3 0.2 standard Replace
4 0.3 standard Replace
5 0.1 standard average
6 0.2 standard average
7 0.3 standard average
The rest of the sequence is standard checks.
After the sequence was run, I figured out how to get a report and at the bottom of each page I have: “Autocalibration Report: Updating Method c:\tc\method\062414\bac B.mth Error – no calibration was performed as no level was specified for the calibration.”
What am I supposed to set as a level? When I go under Method, Components, Calibration the three standards are in the little area that looks like an spreadsheet and the levels are set as B1, B2 and B3. What else do I need to look at?
Here's the calibration component for the method:

Someone else made the method and she is no longer here to ask her about it. And I am learning on my own how to do this.
Thank you.
