G1888a help troubleshooting 6 port valve

I have an odd problem. First, I should say that the instrument seems to 'pass' the leak test. No indication of restriction. No leaks in carrier path. A slow leak (less than 2 psi in 5 min) in vial pressurization flow path. When I inject IPA (1ul in 20 ml vial), injections at low temperature (60C oven and loop and transferline slightly hotter) are repro6ducible. When I go up to 135c, I no longer detect ipa. In fact, I do not detect air either. If I inject my sample, I periodically detect them.
