I operate a PerkinElmer Clarus GC and Turbomatrix headspace sampler for Transformer Oil Dissolved Gas Analysis.
I have noted a 'vial jam in sample oven' error on the Turbomatrix unit, this appears to be because the sample oven vial compartments are not alligned to the vial entrance hole and when the vial is pushed into position it registers as a blockage.
This has happened before and the service engineer physically manipulated the vial sample oven into the correct position which I attempted, this allowed the vial to be taken into the sample oven, however it then seemed to misallign and when the needle was lowered I recieved a 'needle jam error' and possible damage to the needle.
Has anyone seen a similar issue and is there a simple fix or repair that can be carried out?
