Stuck on Fitting

Dear Members,
I've got problem. We could not pull out a tube from the fitting. The ferrule is stuck in the fitting. It may be due to overtightened male nut fixing unto the fitting. Could anyone please tell me how to release it?

Can´t recall having this happen with a steell fitting, but I would think your seat is ruined, you might have to replace it (column end fitting?). However, it might be worth a try to do what I do with stuck plastic ferrules: Stick in a needle or steel capillary and wiggle, if the hole is closed I carefully hand drill one in there, then wiggle. Sometimes the ferrule was spread so bad a larger hole had to be drilled so as to be able to collaps the ferrule. The latter with a steel ferrule? Maybe a very good craftsman in the shop??

Unfortunately, both are steel...
One on check valve, one on drain tube connection, and the last in column! In column case, I release the inlet tube and change with the new one. The old tube still stuck on the column. When we need to use the column we should detach the inlet tube and then fix the column+tube to the system.
During storing, we close the tubing with al-foil. Right before used, the column is reversed-flush to fill the tube with liquid. Very complicated, isn’t it?
