The MS, VARIAN, Saturn 2200 is not full speed

We have the Saturn 2200, when initializing the vacumm pump is ok, but the turbo pump is not full speed. It's running in low speed up to 64%, change to full speed it's up to 100%, then drop down 0%, the value is flipped 100% and 0%....
Please give me your commnents to fix it.

When you turn on the MS the turbo pump reaches 100%? and after that drop down?.
Which is the current of turbo pump? (in mA)

When turn on the MS, the turbo pump increases gradually of full speed: 54% (400mA) -> 64% (450mA) -> 72% (650mA) -> 80% (700mA) -> 84% (850mA), then drop down and flip flop 0% <-> 100%.
Please give your advice to fix it.

In my opinion you need to collect money for a new turbo pump.
