Dear all,

I am trying to run loop injections using TSQ Qantum max ESI for a mass range >1000da and I find poor sensitivity.

I am using 0.1% formic acid+ MeCN (50:50) 0.1ml/min as the mobile phase in the positive ion mode, the samples are about 2mg/ml and I still find it hard to detect mol wt >1000.

Is there anything I can do to improve sensitivity? The manual says, the TSQ is set up for mol wt up to 3000.

Any suggestions which could help me??
Thanks
paddy

This document describes a High Mass tune. Have you executed that?
