help about convert AB .wiff data to mzXML format using TPP

I am trying to convert AB.wiff raw data to mzXML format, using Trans-Proteomic Pipeline (TPP) , but it doesn't work, the message showed that •Command is not running,Did NOT kill command. file not found: not created or deleted; what may be the problem ? any help will be appreciated! thanks!

While I've never used the program you're using, I did Google the question out of curiosity, and found that AB Sciex has their own program for converting the .wiff to mzXML, called "AB Sciex MS Data Converter". Maybe you could try it instead?
