Hello
we have an Agilent 6890 and when he starts an inhjection the display freezes showing the message: "Downloading method please wait".... he continous with the injection normally and he starts the other one but the displays never changes. I have to turn off completely the instrument and then the display works normally but whe he starts a new injection it freezes again.
does anybody know what is going on?
