Access to Fluorescence Chromatograms in Jasco's Borwin PDA
Posted: Mon Jun 02, 2014 9:39 am
Dear colleagues,
Whenever i performing an hplc run, i can fallow the on-line DAD chromatogram but i'm not able to access the fluorescence chromatograms. The fluorescence detector itself is properly attached since in the HSS 2000 application the deivce is listed in green latters. Jasco itself couldn't provde me with help since the software has already expired. Does anyone has experience with performing hplc runs with fluorescence detection in Jasco's Borwin Chromatography software?
Thanks!
HPLC system:
Fluorescence detector: Jasco FP 1520
DAD: Jasco MC 2015+
Pump: Jasco PU-1580 Intelligent HPLC-Pump
Degasser: Jasco DG-1580-53 3-Line Degaser
gradient unit: Jasco LG-1580-02 Ternary Gradient Unit
Autosampler: Jasco AS-1550 Intelligent Sampler, Jasco LC-Net II/ADC
Software:
JASCO HPLC Chromatography HSS-2000 Series system control for Microsoft Windows NT Workstation, Version 3.5.2
Borwin-PDA Version 1.50, Copyright 1991-2001 JMBS Developpements
(the system might already be older than 20 years so the software might be as old)
