Empower Problem

I have a problem now, please solve it.

I searched for some data files which i injected before jan 2014.

It is available in results tab but it is not available in Channels tab and also not seen in injections tab.

what may be the problem and how can i retrieve the files.

if you have a lot of data. It may be the display limit that prevents to display it (by default only 1000 rows are displayed).
Or any other view filter settings for inj & channel tab.

Have you tried the "view as..." function from the result? (E.g select result>[right click] view as injection)
Also check the row limit and/or view filter settings
