Using the autosampler/empower to prepare samples

I have a pretty straight forward sample acidificaiton preparation, but the problem is that the samples are only stable for 12 hours. On top of that, each injection lasts 80+ minutes. When there are many samples to analyze, there are multiple sample preparations taking place in "off" hours. I'd like to develop a method which allows the autosampler/empower to prepare the samples before analysis within the autosampler. However, I don't think our current autosampler (1260 infinity G1229B) has the ability to draw from multiple vials before injecting. I'd love to be able to put the reagent/sample in separate vials on the autosampler and direct the injection needle to withdraw specific amounts from each vial.

Can anyone help with this? Is it possible to write an empower method (instrument/method/sample set/or any combo) to allow the injection needle to draw from multiple vials and mix the sample within the injection loop before the injeciton takes place? Is the Agilent prep ALS (G2260A) the solution? Any help with this subject would be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure about that? I think you can, Agilent calls it Injector Programming or such. Call Agilent for free telephone technical help, 1-800-227-9770.
