Dear all,

I am going to set up a method for the analysis of furosine in milk. I will really appreciate comments and suggestion. The method will be following the ISO 18329:2004. HPLC-UV

Thanks a lot in advance,

Carol
while ago, when there was a problem with melamine in milk we have developed a neat method for analysis of melamine in milk without any sample prep. I can send you a report on this if you supply me with your email.

My opinions might be bias, but I have about 1000 examples to support them. Check our website for new science and applications

Dear Vlad Orlovsky,

Thanks for your replay, it will be nice to have the protocol! However, I don't know if the method for melanine is the same than for furosine.

You can send it by email, if you don't mind.

Thanks,
Carol
You might need to modify the method but this is a general approach for analysis of complex mixtures. You don't need ion-pairing reagent with our columns.
Please send you email to support@sielc.com and I will email you the report.
