Has anyone using the Gerstel Mps/Maestro configuration with chem station software had any issues with the chem station giving an error message and causing the opened chem station screen to look scattered?

chemstation and maestro are causing all sorts of trouble. You'd better get used to it

...but have you seen this problem that I'm having or know how to fix it??? gerstel says it's a computer problem so we loaded all the programming on a newer computer and it worked fine for a while and them crashed again, we also have updated the chem station and gerstel software. My IT guy has no idea where the problem stems from and neither does gerstel

maybe I can assist:
* what are the version code (of ChemStation & maestro)
* what ChemStation: GC (g2070) or GCMS (G1701)
* what is the OS (also which SP)?
* what is crashing:
** can you see any error message?
** something not responding?
* you can also "un-integrate" the Maestro => is then the Startup process fine?
