Setting up Calibration with Masshunter software with manual

I am trying to run a gas calibration with masshunter but i unable to change my sample to cali...or select cali when i choose to run it. As i am running a gas and doing a manual injection it does not give me an option to select anything other than sample when running unlike when you set up a sequence. Anybody know i can solve this issue?
