I tried updating Chemstation EO2.02 SP1 with SP2 and at first everything went ok. Then I noticed when I copied lines in the sequence table all the columns got messed up.

Then I do a complete uninstall. I try installing a Agilent IOlibs 16.something which is the newest version and reinstalling E02 base and it won't allow me to install without installing IOlibs 15.whatever on the CD. Any suggestions?
I ended up reinstalling everything and the issue persists. However it is not a big thing. I can't highlight an entire row in the sequence table and paste it but I can highlight several columns and paste.

Can I update IOlibs from 15.5 to 16.2 and is that wise?
I use Agilent IO libs 15.5 for that version of Chemstation. I've also found that a fresh install of E.02.02 without the service packs followed by initial communication with the GC works best. It typically gives an error saying "cannot bring up GC" or something similar. After the initial communication, install Service Pack 2 and all should work well. I would skip right over service pack 1, just go from E.02.02 and install SP 2. Hope that helps.
I tried reinstalling Chemstation MSD E02 and SP2 but it seems I am stuck with it. I can't copy entire rows in the sequence line or all the columns get messed up so I can only hilight and copy a few columns from one row to another.
