To separate A from B using a mobile phase and a stationary phase following different separation modes like absorption, hydrophilic interactions, hydrophobic interactions, ion exchange, affinity etc.! HPLC in New Orleans with its short courses would be good to attend. It is highly recommended to look for HPLC books, or to book a basic training course. Welcome in the club.
