Hello there,

We are trying to run a new method which requires the autosampler to mix 15
ul of common reagent with 15 ul of sample for 1 min before inject this mixture
into the HPLC column.
Would you be able to give us any suggestion on how to program Empower 1 to
do it? :?

Thank you.
What model LC are you using??
Thanks,
DR

If you are using an Alliance, you can do this with autoadditions.

Thank you for your messages.

We have Waters 717plus Autosampler, Waters 600E Multisolvent Delivery System and Shimadzu RF-535 Fluorescence Monitor. They are controlled by Empower 1 software.

Recently, we be able to program the autosample to mix reagents and then inject the mixture. Unfortunately, we have no idea how to make the Empower controls the autosampler to do that trick.
