Hi,
how can i know the flow cell in the Flourescence detector is contaminated , if there is any problem in flow ,can effect the samples results ,if so how can i clean the flow cell ..?
Take a Raman spectrum of pure water , and check the S/N ratio according to device specifications.

You may clean the flow cell by passing first water , then IPA.
After cleaning with IPA , pass water again before proceeding with mobile phase ( if it is reverse phase method )
