I faced the parameter "Seat volume" when I tried to configurate the injector of Agilent 1200 series HLLC. what is this?It varies from 5 to 1400 mcL. Which value is the optimal one.

This is the volume of your needle seat. If you don't use any extension it has volume little more than 2ul., if there is a loop behind needle seat, then there should be a tag that reads the volume.
