Data is collected in continuum mode, and to get accurate masses, we need to apply lockmass correction. Does anyone have suggested resources where we can figure out how to correct our data? I'm not getting very far with Help files or the instrument manual.

Thanks!
The tool "process datafile" will do just what you need. Tell me if you cannot find it or need more help. I have a QTOF micro
